Learning support
I work in SEND support, with pupils with autism, ADHD and complex needs, so I’m used to breaking tasks into small steps, using consistent language and keeping routines predictable.
I’ve worked from EHCPs and behaviour support plans day to day. If your child has one, share what you’re comfortable with and I’ll keep my approach consistent with it.
